3. Cybex Gazelle
The Cybex Gazelle is an excellent option for parents looking to purchase a stroller that can grow with the family. It is a "modular" stroller or "convertible" stroller, and it can be set up in more than 20 ways to accommodate different seats, infant car seats, cots and cradles.
The Cybex Gazelle is lightweight and easy to maneuver making it ideal for parents who love to explore. It comes with a huge storage basket and a range of attachments to help parents carry groceries or light shopping. It is a little bit more expensive than other two in one prams, but it's definitely worth the investment because the quality and functionality are top-notch.
2 in 1 infant car seat and stroller comes with a one-pull safety harness that makes it easy to secure your child into the seat. It also has a removable sun canopy with peek-a-boo and XXL panels. It also has a convenient tray for parents to store drinks, snacks and phones. The telescopic handlebar adjusts to accommodate the height of parents and the brake is easily accessible, making it safe for children to operate.
Our mum tester Sophie from London used the stroller with two daughters aged 5 and 10 months. It was easy to maneuver and smooth on cobbled streets, even when the ground was bumpy. She was delighted that the padded seats and footrests were ergonomically designed for comfort and the large shopping basket was very handy. She also liked the fact that the hood and handlebars' fabrics could be washed in the washing machine essential for busy parents!
4. Joovy Twin Roo+

The Twin Roo+ is a minimalist frame stroller that has car seat compatibility. It also has a large storage container. It's one of the most lightweight twin strollers available. It weighs 24 lbs without attachments for infant car seats which is light for a double stroller. It's a little heavier than the UPPAbaby v2 double as well as the Thule Urban Glide 2 double.
The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide and is simple to use. It is easy to put together and takes less than 10 minutes to become road-ready. It doesn't come with a built-in canopy which means your kids will require their own sunshades if you require additional protection from the elements.
In our tests, we found the Roo+ to maneuver well for a stroller that doubles as a stroller. It is able to maneuver through most terrains easily, but it has trouble going over grassy areas and gravel. It can also be hard to steer up and over curbs that are 1 inch in height. We wouldn't recommend using this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does provide excellent suspension to reduce bumps for passengers.
The Roo+ has a large storage bin underneath the seat, but it's difficult to access without taking off infant car seats. This is a common problem with twin frame strollers, however Joovy offers a separate under-seat baby carrier bag that can help address this issue.
In contrast to top-scoring strollers the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small price to pay for car storage and seat compatibility, however we'd rather have to have a stroller that has more flexibility. The stroller's versatility in seating configuration is a huge plus. Parents can mount their infant car seats either the opposite direction or in the same direction, depending on their preferences.
5. Delta Children LX Side by Side
The Delta Children LX Side by Side scored a high score both for the weight and fold size, making it the best value in our double umbrella stroller review. It also scores highly for maneuverability which is an essential feature for parents looking for a stroller that will fit into small spaces. The Delta is a basic stroller and does not have the features other strollers we tried offer like a big storage basket or a long recline. It's a great option for families on a limited budget or for those who require a second stroller for occasional use, like for a trip to the zoo.
The LX Side by Side is a light compact stroller that's easy to turn and push. Its compact frame, with swivel wheels in the front and padded shoulder pads provide a smooth ride. The multi-position reclining seats as well as parent cup holders ensure that passengers are comfortable.
It also has an enormous canopy with a European style that offers shade from the sun as well as some protection from light winds. It also comes with two storage bags as well as a five-point harness for safety.
The Delta was assembled in less than three minutes, the quickest time of all the test groups. The manual is average and does not require any tools to assemble. It is one of the lightest products in our test group and can fold flat, making it very easy to carry and lift. In our Strollers & Multiples testing, we assess the ease and speed with which each product pushes and turns, opens and closes the safety harness, adjusts the brakes, opens and closes the storage basket, and installs and removes a car seat for infants.
